Welcome to Cape San Juan!

The Cape San Juan neighborhood, located in the southeastern corner of San Juan Island, is surrounded by water and national park lands. Griffin Bay borders the north and west sides, Middle Channel off of Cattle Pass is on the east side and the Strait of Juan de Fuca is to the south. It is also within walking distance of American Camp, a National Historical Park with 1,200 acres of walking trails, beaches, prairies and forested areas. Splendid vistas, saltwater shores, quiet woodlands and natural prairies are all part of American Camp, South Beach, 4th of July Beach, and Mt. Finlayson.

The 129 acres in the Cape includes 154 lots and was first developed in the 1960s.
