We will be practicing all the steps that need to take place following a massive earthquake.  This will involve shutting down the water supply to the entire community for a maximum of 3 hours.  We will:

• Shut down the wells
• Check for leaks in the system as far as the Anchor Park
  
• Restart the wells using emergency power
  
• Check that the wells produce water that is safe to drink
• Practice filling the emergency distribution tank
